Something for Everyone

Smiths Lane in Clyde North has been smartly designed to encourage more quality time outdoors, with parks and open spaces proposed to be just 200m from every home. But that’s only the beginning of what’s on offer in this vibrant neighbourhood.

Parks and open spaces
With three beautiful parks now open at Smiths Lane, kids have plenty of exciting spots to play and explore. Banjo Park, named after the native Banjo frog, features water play and adventure equipment – perfect for cooling off on a warm day or a quick play while grabbing a coffee at the Smiths Social Cafe. Lacey Park, named after the Lace Monitor Goanna, is a haven for climbing, sliding, and imaginative play, with its elevated cubby house and picnic shelters. Tillion Park, nestled near the Mirvac-built Tillion Townhomes, offers the thrill of two flying foxes, climbing structures, and a half basketball court.

With four more parks planned at Smiths Lane, these playful spaces provide the perfect backdrop for family picnics, leisurely strolls, and impromptu playdates.
